The Rydex Inverse 2x Russell 2000 ETF (Ticker: RRZ) seeks investment results that correspond generally to the performance, before fees and expenses, of TWICE (200%) the INVERSE (opposite) daily performance of the Russell 2000 Index. A combination of individual securities, futures contracts, options, and swap agreements is used to attain the inverse leveraged performance of the underlying index. Russell ranks each common U.S. stock from the largest to the smallest market capitalization. The top 3,000 stocks become the Russell 3,000 Index. The largest 1,000 stocks become the Russell 1000 Index. The next 2,000 stocks become the Russell 2000 Index. The smallest 1,000 in the Russell 2000 index plus the next smallest 1,000 comprise the Russell MicroCap Index. The index is market cap-weighted (float adjusted) and includes only common stocks incorporated in the United States and its territories. The index is reconstituted annually in June.
