The iShares Barclays Credit Bond Fund (Ticker: CFT) seeks investment results that correspond generally to the performance, before fees and expenses, of the U.S. investment grade credit sector of the bond market as defined by the Barclays U.S. Credit Index. The index includes investment grade credit securities that have a remaining maturity of greater than or equal to one year and have $250 million or more of outstanding face value. In addition, the securities must be denominated in U.S. dollars and must be fixed rate and non-convertible. Excluded are structured notes with embedded swaps or other special features, private placements, floating rate securities and Eurobonds. The index is market weighted and the securities are updated on the last calendar day of each month.
