The Claymore/BNY BRIC ETF (Ticker: EEB) seeks investment results that correspond generally to the performance, before fees and expenses, of the BNY BRIC Select ADR Index. Brazil, China, India, Russia constitute the BRIC countries included in the index. The screened universe includes all liquid U.S. exchange-listed ADRs and GDRs from these four countries, and which meet the following criteria: 1) Price greater than or equal to $3 2) minimum 3-month average daily ADR trading volume greater than or equal to 25,000 shares 3) free-float adjusted market capitalization greater than
or equal to $250 million. The index is weighted based on a modified capitalization method, using an index formula based upon the aggregate of prices times
share quantities. Adjustments are made to ensure that no single company and stock exceeds 23% of the index and, with respect to 55% of the index, that no single stock represents more than 4.5% of the index.
