The ELEMENTS Credit Suisse Global Warming Index ETN (Ticker: GWO) seeks investment results that correspond generally to the performance, before fees and expenses, of the Credit Suisse Global Warming Index. The index is intended to offer exposure to stocks of companies that have an increased focus on products or services related to minimizing global warming. The universe is screened to 120 companies with the highest market cap and further screened to include the remaining 100 companies with the highest liquidity. The 100 companies are than ranked by applying the HOLT scoring methodology which attempts to identify stocks that meet certain corporate performance, momentum and valuation characteristics measured by converting a companies accounting data in cash-flows. The 50 highest scoring companies will become index components. The index is an equally weighted and rebalanced semi-annually. The ETN is issued by Credit Suisse
