The iShares Dow Jones U.S. Financial Sector Index Fund (Ticker: IYF) seeks investment results that correspond generally to the performance, before fees and expenses, of the Dow Jones U.S. Financials Index. The Index is a subset of the Dow Jones U.S. Total Market Index and measures the performance of the financial sector of the U.S. equity market, including companies from the following industries: bank, non-life insurance, life insurance, real estate and general finance. Component companies are adjusted for available float and must meet liquidity criteria. Dow Jones Industry Indexes are constructed by categorizing the component stocks of the Dow Jones U.S. Total Market Index into the 10 Industries, 18 Supersectors, 39 Sectors and 104 Subsectors of the Industry Classification Benchmark (ICB). A separate index is maintained for each group at each of the four levels. Reconstitution is quarterly.
