The PowerShares Dynamic Developed International Opportunities Portfolio Fund (Ticker: PFA) seeks investment results that correspond generally to the performance, before fees and expenses, of the QSG Developed International Opportunities Index. The index selects 250 components out of the 1200 largest stocks traded across all ex-US & Canada developed markets (includes 21 developed market countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Ireland, Italy, Japan, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and the United Kingdom). Stocks are ranked for investment potential using a proprietary QSG Index model. The methodology evaluates companies, using a proprietary multi-factor model based on the following measures of expected out performance: sales, income, growth in sales, growth in income, expected growth and operating efficiency. The 250 selected are the stocks with the best model score. The components are equally weighted.
