The PowerShares Dividend Achievers Portfolio Fund (Ticker: PFM) seeks investment results that correspond generally to the performance, before fees and expenses, of the Broad Dividend Achievers Index. The index consists of stocks selected annually principally on the basis of their consecutive years of dividend growth as identified by Mergent, Inc. To qualify as a stock included in the universe of Dividend Achievers, an issuer must have raised its annual regular cash dividend payments for at least each of the last 10 consecutive fiscal years The Index is calculated using a modified market capitalization weighting methodology with a cap of 5%. Stocks are selected annually and constituents rebalanced quarterly.
