The PowerShares FTSE RAFI Consumer Goods Sector Portfolio Fund (Ticker: PRFG) seeks investment results that correspond generally to the performance, before fees and expenses, of the FTSE Research Affiliates Fundamentals Consumer Goods Sector Index. The index is designed to track the performance of the largest U.S. consumer goods equities, selected based on the following four fundamental measures of firm size: book value, cash flow, sales and dividends. The U.S. consumer goods equities with the highest fundamental strength are weighted by their fundamental scores. The companies are engaged in the production and distribution of consumer goods, including automobiles and related parts, food and beverage, and personal and household products.
