The Claymore/Raymond James SB-1 Equity Fund (Ticker: RYJ) seeks investment results that correspond generally to the performance, before fees and expenses, of the Raymond James Strong Buy 1 (“SB-1”) Index. The fund’s equity components are determined by analyst equity ratings at Raymond James. After being selected, fund holdings are assigned a modified equal-weighting. The fund's portfolio may include common stocks, non-U.S. securities, REITs, MLPs and other investment companies. Additionally, the fund will not acquire more than 4.9% of the outstanding securities of a given issuer. Fund holdings are reconstituted and rebalanced approximately every two weeks (twice per calendar month). This fund was reorganized from a closed-end fund to an exchange-traded fund structure on September 3rd, 2008.
