The ProShares UltraShort Real Estate (Ticker: SRS) seeks daily investment results, before fees and expenses, that correspond to TWICE (200%) the INVERSE (opposite) of the daily performance of the Dow Jones U.S. Real Estate Index. The index measures the performance of the Real Estate industry of the U.S. equity market, including real estate holding and developing and real estate investment trusts (REITs) subsectors.
