The iShares Barclays 20+ Year Treasury Bond Fund (Ticker: TLT)seeks investment results that correspond generally to the performance, before fees and expenses, of the long-term sector of the United States Treasury market as defined by the Barclays 20+ Year US Treasury Index. The index includes all publicly issued, U.S. Treasury securities that have a remaining maturity greater than 20 years, are non-convertible, are denominated in US dollars, are rated Baa3 (by Moody's) or better, are fixed rate and have more than $ 150 million par outstanding. Excluded from the index are certain special issues, such as flower bonds, targeted investor notes (TINs), and state and local government bonds (SLGs) and coupon issues that have been stripped from assets already included.
