Guggenheim Name Replaces Claymore
September 27, 2010

SAN DIEGO (ETFguide.com) – The Claymore ETFs have been rebranded Guggenheim ETFs.

The Lisle, IL-based investment firm announced the name change as part of its plan to integrate its financial products.  The other changes include the following:

--Claymore Securities, Inc. to Guggenheim Funds Distributors, Inc.
--Claymore Advisors, LLC to Guggenheim Funds Investment Advisors, LLC
--Claymore Group Inc. to Guggenheim Funds Services Group, Inc.

The renamed Claymore business will continue to support the current product lineup of exchange-traded funds (ETFs), unit investment trusts (UITs) and closed-end funds (CEFs), with their respective strategies and investment policies remaining unchanged.

Despite their name change to Guggenheim ETFs all 32 funds will keep the same CUSIP numbers and ticker symbols. Meanwhile the Claymore CEF names remain unchanged at this time and the current names of Claymore UITs will remain the same until the subsequent series for each trust deposits. On the deposit date, the new UIT series may be adjusted to
reflect the new corporate name.

At the end of August, there were $2.91 billion invested in Claymore ETFs.

Guggenheim Funds is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Guggenheim Partners, LLC.
