ARKK's Active Strategy or QQQ's Passive Strategy?

For exposure, the S&P 500 and NASDAQ 100 both employ weighted passive indexing, while ARK uses an active predictive strategy. Historically, the main evolution on Wall Street has been from predictive strategies to indexing.
