Invest in Data Centers- or the Infrastructure to Power them?

As I said, it really comes down to how you want your exposure to look. I certainly don't have any issue with someone who wants to focus more on the REIT side and go with DTCR. Certainly a very defensible pick.

Me personally, I just like the infrastructure side, the electrification side of things, and companies that are going to work on the modernization of some of our power systems out there. I do like that. I think it's a bit more of a pure play. It's going to be driven on revenues and things like that.

Again, mainly personal preference, but I think it kind of underscores the fact that in these thematic funds, you really want to dig down into the composition and how they're investing and where they're investing because even though at a high level, these are both infrastructure funds, they're obviously doing very different things and you're going to see very different returns and different behaviors in the two funds.

For me personally, GRID is the winner. Again, personal preference.
